Naankhatai– Naankhatai are Indian shortbread cookies. Make them with Shree Neelkamal Maida, Besan and suji.Sieve maida, besan, suji, salt, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder in a bowl and mix well. Keep it aside. In another bowl Whisk ghee and sugar with a spoon until creamy. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and make a dough.Allow it to rest for 30 mins. Preheat your oven at 350० F or 180० C. Divide the dough into equal portions and form a cookie like shape. Place it on a baking tray and top it with your favourite dry fruits. Bake for 15-17 mins and enjoy with tea and coffee.

Kulcha– Kulcha is a small, round Indian bread. Made with flour,curd, and oil, typically stuffed with meat or vegetables.

Mix Shree Neelkamal maida salt, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a bowl. Make a well in the center and add curd, oil and water. Make a soft dough and cover it with a wet cloth. Let it rest for 2 hours.Make small balls of the dough. Sprinkle some nigella seeds and coriander on the ball. Roll it and brush it with water on one side. Stick it on the tawa from the water-brushed side. Cook for a minute and then flip the tawa upside down and cook kulcha directly on flame till they turn golden brown. Serve with chhole.

Uttapam- Uttapam are South Indian Breakfast pancakes.Add half a cup of Shree Neelkamal Suji in a bowl and add water in it. Let it rest for 10 mins. Meanwhile chop vegetables like onion, tomatoes, bell peppers. Add 2 tbsp yogurt and salt as per taste. Grease a pan with oil and spread the batter on it, add vegetables on top and press them gently. Flip it and cook the other side. Enjoy with coconut chutney.

Mix veg Paratha- Boil your desired vegetables until they turn soft. Mash them and add ginger garlic paste,garam masala,red chilli powder salt and ajwain mix well and add Shree Neelkamal Atta. Form a dough, divide in equal parts, flatten and roll. Heat a pan and cook your paratha with ghee or oil.
